Get It?

William Sledd's certainly moving up in the world. Bravo executives are apparently so captivated by his minstrel act, they're extending his internet act into a half-hour train wreck, Hey, Bitches!. It should be called, "Hey, GLAAD, can you do something about this?"

Production honcho Frances Berwick couldn't contain Bravo's collective excitement:

With over 80,000 subscribers and more than 3 million channel views to date, William's sense of humor and style have clearly struck a chord with the American public. The response to William on OutZoneTV.com has been overwhelming. His charm and sense of fun are infectious. People are asking to see more of him and his life.

We New Yorkers will be seeing a lot of Sledd: he's reportedly packing it in and headed to the Big Apple. You've been warned.

While we've made a habit of railing against some televised gays, ie William Sledd, we can't hate on perpetual Tonight Show intern Ross Mathews.

He's just so earnest, humble and seems sweet as pie. Perhaps it's for that reason - and publicity - that TAO hosted his birthday over the weekend. And, as you can see, Mathews had a gay old time.

Inadvertently Sends Up Himself

Miss Teen USA Spoof by: William Sledd

Gay stereotype William Sledd spent some of his precious time yesterday taking on Miss Fuck Up USA, Lauren Caitlin Upton.

Shilling for MySpaceTV - not Bravo, with whom he's got a deal - Sledd strays from the script a bit, but he's sure got the satchel sash right. And, sadly, his imitation of Upton's stupidity sounds a lot like his normal gig…

Looking for some afternoon reading and a way to impress your new lover?

Well, look no further, cause we've got the official police report on lewd conduct loving Larry Craig!

It's twice as entertaining as William Sledd and not nearly as nauseating!*

As with Sledd, however, you may want to properly digest.

Thinks All Japanese Girls Qualify As Harajuku

We absolutely refuse to post a William Sledd video on this site. We will, however, direct you to the, like, queer commentator's newest video.*

This chapter's just as boring as all his previous installments except for two things. First, Perez Hilton tells it like it is: Sledd needs to stop caking his face in Sephora.

Second, Sledd refers to a group of Japanese girls as "harajuku girls". The stereotype stereotypes! What a fucking surprise.

*It's best if you view the video at least one hour before or after eating. Trust us.

Fuck William Sledd, AfterElton's all about the next generation of gay internet stars. Like whom?

Well, former Instinct staffer turned photog, Gabriel Goldberg. While he's known for shooting penis-possessing studs, Goldberg claims he's looking to snap some more snatch: "I actually would love to shoot beautiful women, but being a gay man, I guess I have more access to people who know people who know sexy blokes."

Hmm, where's our access?

William Sledd's "fame" keeps growing. ABC News recently dispatched its most valuable resources to get to the bottom of Ask A Gay Man's gay man.

Unfortunately Sledd proved far too deep for a mere two internet-pages, so we'll never know exactly what makes Sledd so magical.

Fairy dust, perhaps?

William Sledd's super excited about his new web-based Bravo-endorsed style show, Ask A Gay Man. The show, a spin-off from his unreasonably popular YouTube series of the same name, provides Sledd a platform for his particular brand of fashion.

As hype and publicity pick up, Sledd's well aware of haters lurking in the shadows, ready to take aim at his twinkling star, but he isn't concerned. He tells AfterElton:

Listen, the only people that hate me are the gays. I don't know what it is. Maybe they're jealous or they're opinionated or whatever, but it doesn't bother me at all. I joke about it. I'm like, the only people who hate me are the gays and the extreme religious people.

Maybe world peace isn't such a pipe dream. As for being jealous or opinionated - where do you think we fall?

Seal Sledd Deal, Gay Fate

NBC Universal's bent boy loving Bravo officially announced their virtual relationship with gay "man" William Sledd:

As part of Bravo's ongoing effort to deliver original content from the buzziest personalities on the web, the network announced OUTzoneTV.com’s June 21st launch date of the popular "Ask A Gay Man" webisode series hosted by Internet sensation and Gap manager William Sledd, a 23-year-old Paducah, Kentucky native. Timed to coincide with Gay Pride, the first webisode entitled “Ask a Gay Man: The Wedding/Commitment Cake Edition” features Sledd and his BFF Stephanie, “the best wedding planner in western Kentucky,” demonstrating how to make a pink-on-pink-on-pink cake, perfect for gay/straight/bi betrothal ceremonies.

Pink on pink cake? How gay!

But wait, it gets much, much worse…

Steers Queers HRC Way

Wiliam Sledd has a very special Gay Pride message for you. The 23-year old, Kentucky-bred boy better known as "that homo from 'Ask A Gay Man'" wants all the haters of the world to take the month of June off. That's right. From this day - actually, Friday - forward, all cowardly homophobes must put their infantile epithets on hold until midnight on June 30th, at which point they can renew their regularly scheduled taunting.
