Biggest Loser‘s Jillian Michaels Is Quitting

Alleged fitness fraud and former fat girl Jillian Michaels is done screaming at obese people on television. The Biggest Loser trainer, who’s been making contestants cry as they drop weight since the show’s debut (minus one season where she split over “creative differences”), will make her exit after the 11th season, which is in production now and concludes her contract. She wants to “take a year off TV and focus on becoming a mommy and doing more charity work,” she says via Twitter. I’m assuming Bob Harper, the show’s other (big gay) trainer, is staying on. Please? He’s adorbs.

Well, that sucks – America is still very fat.

    I really like Jillian.
    Good luck to her.
Being on that show must be very, very hard.
The contestants are clueless, and don’t understand a darn thing about nutrition.
Anyway, good luck to Jillian and Bob, too.
Bob, is a sweet guy, and my hats off to him for going vegan!

This show inspired me. I used to be fat, really fat. I was lazy. I just didn’t care. But, this show made me think. I realized that I had given up sex for food. My life became a buffet. At 30 years old I was 300 lbs. and I hadn’t had sex for 5 years.

After I watched the biggest loser, I knew I was a loser, too. I realized I got fat because I gave up and I was also lazy. It was hard work, but i began to eat well and exercise. I wanted to be healthy and I wanted to get laid. 100 lbs later I was able to go out and meet people. I was fit. I was no longer a loser.

My life has changed dramatically since I got fit. I have a ball. I feel great and people want to be with me. I have found out that healthy is a good thing and being fat is bad. I know I was lazy and i am glad that I turned it around.

I think the Biggest Loser is a great show. It inspired me to be honest. I hope it helps others, too. I get laid a lot now.

Good for you, Jason! Congratulations on getting healthy and happy!

    Bobs not vegan…..he eats sausage!

  • Jason

@ChristopherM: Thanks. It’s a little crazy though. Now that I lost the fat I’m left with mostly fat friends and that doesn’t work for getting laid. I can’t go the club surrounded by fat people.

I hope they’ll get in shape, too but I kinda doubt it. They’re in love with food now.

To all my fat GLBT brothers and sisters: it is really, really worth it to lose the fat and be able to have sex again. Sex is better than food.

Congratulations on losing the weight, Jason. But what are you going to do when you get older, and no one wants to have sex with you then?

  • Jason

@Mr. Enemabag Jones: I’ll have sex until I die because I’m never going to get fat and unhealthy again. People get fat because they give up and don’t care any more. I will never let that happen again.

@Jason: Beauty is skin deep. Ugly goes all the way to the bone.

Is this really the same network that once gave us Hill Street Blues, St. Elsewhere, Cheers, Cosby, The Golden Girls, L.A. Law, Seinfeld, Law and Order, E.R., Friends, Frazier and Will and Grace?

Now they want to give us Deal Or No Deal, Minute to Win It, and blobs weeping because they’ve eaten themselves so fat they can’t wipe their own asses and call it primetime entertainment. What a cheap sewer NBC has become.

she was pretty good but i won’t miss her preposterous psychologizing — osmthing she’s not at all qualified to spot.

I also LOVES me some Bob!!!

    Jilian definitely left her mark!
Her challenging passion is charming, infective and direct.
