Both ofr the judges commenting on the validity of Rekers testimony came to the same conclusion – he was “biased and his testimony was not to be used as a basis for sound public policy.”

He just resigned from NARTH. Looks like Rekers is pretty much finished. Ted Haggard is probably the last dickwad that they will let do a “rehab tour.” It’s getting too comical.

The person I suspect we should feel sorry for is the guy who provided copies of Rekers’ and Lucien’s email exchanges, if unauthorized. Look how they went after the guy who broke into Sarah Palin’s email account. Bob McCollum is running for governor, and this embarrassment impacts him. None of the politicians are going to like it (they can all see themselves being inadvertently put in the same position), and the Attorney General is a politician.

@B: I agree with your concern about the mysterious “authorized” email user leaking the emails. What I still can’t figure out is who would sue? NARTH accepted his resignation, FOF/FRC have distanced themselves & the University he retired from is scrubbing his info away.
Do you think Rekers would sue, the rentboy or some other 3rd party?
