Tom Ford was on to something when he opted to market his fragrance by inserting a perfume bottle into spread ass cheeks. As the guy knows, sex sells. Quite well. So allow us to demonstrate how to successfully integrate sex while hawking a watch as well as, yes, fragrance. Wow, some of those were very nice 🙂

Yep – I’ll pay for whatever pic 4 is selling.

Sølve Sundsbø is the photographer behind that Yves Saint Laurent nude cologne ad that was rejected by Out magazine (among others) a few years ago.

Nice, nice. However, the problem is that sex doesn’t sell products. It sells advertising. The average person places price and value above advertising when it comes to buying a product. Where advertising works best is in introducing name recognition, but if the product sucks or is insanely over priced the average person is going to pass anyways. Advertising is dieing a slow painful death. DVR has allowed us to skip by advertising when its on our televisions, most of us flip the station when its on our radios, many of us use pop up blockers and ad watch type browser plug ins when its on our computer. The majority of us don’t even view adds in a given day any longer. What we view is product placement.

My, my. Sex certainly DOES sell!
Not a problem we me at all.

I like those boots. I don’t think that’s what he’s selling on pic 1, but that’s probably the think I would buy.

Ads like these are always funny because who is really paying attention to the merchandise?
Donald
Oh. Was there merchandise? I have to go back and look again, I think I missed it.

@Donald:
It must have been buried somewhere under all that gorgeous, muscular skin. Silly you.
