North Korea is reportedly getting its own video on demand streaming service that will be like a super lame version of Netflix. But at least it has a fun name: Manbang.
Yes, seriously.

They announced plans last week to launch the service, which will allow citizens another method to take in government produced propaganda.

With the device, viewers can watch five different state run TV channels in real-time and find information related to the leader Kim Jong Un‘s activities, as well as read articles from the newspaper Rodong Sinmun and the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), NKnews.org reports.
The service, which will require users to connect a phone line to a modem, plug a cable box into the national network, and connect a high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) port to the TV, will only be available in North Korea.

Specifically, it will be available in Pyongyang, Sinuiju, North Phyongan Province, and Sariwon, North Hwanghae Province.
And yes, everyone is thinking what you’re thinking in regards to the name.
