India's High Court, which is currently debating whether or not to decriminalize homosexuality, has asked the Attorney General's office for a bit of assistance in the matter. [PTI]

Umm .. it's not "India"'s High Court .. it is the Delhi High Court, which is like one of the Circuit Court of Appeals here in US. India has a Supreme Court (like here) and the Delhi High Court is one of a set of courts that is a step below.
