Justice!

“A 19-year-old was jailed today for life, with a minimum non-parole period of 15 years, for the slaying of a gay man. Andre Gilling was found guilty by a jury in July of the December 2006 murder of Stanley Waipouri, 39, at a flat in Palmerston North. It was the same sentence that was handed down last year to his co-accused Ashley Arnopp who admitted the charge.” The men apparently beat poor Waipouri for an entire hour. They also cut off the tip of his penis and ear after he had died. That’s some sick shit. [Stuff]

Fuck this is gruesome stuff! the dead victim had the murderers’ saliva on his stomach and nipples- and the tip of his cock and an earlobe were cut off and were not found. Whatthefukkkkk???

“Police arrived to find Gilling and Arnopp still in Mr Waipouri’s blood-stained flat.” – not very bright murderers then!

Tallskin, I’m guessing from the victim’s last name that he was a person of colour. Shouldn’t you be celebrating.

Where is your partner in slime, Churchill-y?

Do you two really think this disgusting hate crime should be the locus for your apparent online cat fight? Take out in the alley, please.

I think I can speak for myself #2(how apropos), I find this shit beyond revolting. The fact that he was of Māori descent has no bearing.
Unless I’m mistaking Māoris don’t go on decrying discrimination while at the same time they themselves discriminate against other groups. That hypocrisy award is reserved for another group that does not inhabit NZ but the good USA. Care to take a guess? Too bad they decided to abolish the death penalty in 89 if it was ever needed to be applied in a case this is it. PC got the best of NZ.

“Unless I’m mistaking Māoris don’t go on decrying discrimination while at the same time they themselves discriminate against other groups. ” Gosh, that sounds like our muslims and blacks here in the UK.

Do you have people like that in the USA?

I worked in the prison where Ashley Arnopp had been incarcerated prior to the murder (and again after). He wasn’t a violent guy when his head was straight. Not even close. This murder was a consequence of drug abuse. Pure and simple.

He’s one of those kids life wasn’t kind to early on and when the consequences of that unfold….everyone acts surprised.

since when did drugs and alcohol define a crime.
whether a person’s nature is pure or out right bad, in the end he committed a crime & should pay for every little part he had to do with it. you say “He wasn’t a violent guy when his head was straight. Not even close.” come on. really ? i do not know how people can sit back & dish out excuses for criminals. they both are down right murderers., and should not be given the chance to see the light of day.
by the way being maori has nothing to do with such a crime. from the look of it, the young men look caucasian. true convicts in my book.
