"We disagree with Gov. Palin on this issue, but we're glad that Sen. McCain agrees with us. The president sets the policy for the administration. Sen. McCain twice voted against the federal marriage amendment and continues to believe the states should decide this issue." – Log Cabin Republican president Patrick Sammon on Republican running mate Sarah Palin's support for a federal gay marriage ban. Well let's not forget what McCain REALLY said in his FMA floor speech. He laid out a set of criteria that would lead him to support the FMA, all of which are things that pro-gay people want (DOMA's demise, more states with marriage, more positive rulings, etc.).
Here's audio from his FMA vote. Note the use of the word "Armageddon" to describe a more marriage-friendly world:

Doesn't matter, really.
If McShame dies or something, Palin would be the leader of the free world.

Yes, and McCain support Prop 8 and the Arizona ban. He's against ENDA, and pro-DOMA and DADT! He does not believe in any kind of marriage equality. Zip! Zilch! Zero!
The Log Cabin Republicans are collaborators. They don't care about average gays.
With all due respect to the LCR, I quit caring what they think many years ago.
G-A-Y, no amount of reasoning can permeate these drones minds, they have been lobotomized. Putting aside Moesha and Blake the schmuck, because just like with Powell we know the real reason why they are voting for Obama.
When you start to see Muslims attacking Americans in a political rally, the media in the tanks for Obama proclaiming that the election is over and the shenanigans of voter fraud from groups like Obama's ACORN you know we're in for one hell of a ride in order to maintain this democracy.
If you are willing to believe The Church-y Lady's crap watch this video on ACORN

If by "Moesha", you mean me + by "the real reason" you mean because he's black, you are as wrong as you are stupid.
Like Powell, I have several good reasons for supporting Obama, not the least of which are his diplomacy, intelligence, + the fact that his opponent openly supports gay marriage bans. I am a liberal Dem + he is the Dem/more liberal candidate, regardless of his race. If Obama were a conservative Repuglican wishing to federally ban gay marriage, for instance, he would not get my vote.
Anyway, neither I nor Colin Powell have to justify our reasoning for support of any candidate solely because we both happen to share darker pigmentation. Shockingly enough, it is quite possible as a person of color to make a rational voting decision not affected by the ethnicity of the candidates.
Btw, let's talk about voter fraud, shall we? How about McCain's campaign + Nathan Sproul (of Lincoln Strategy) investigated for going so far as to destroy/throw away Dem voter registration forms + employing other such shady voter suppression tactics? Or, an Obama canvasser in Wisc. being shouted at about "ACORN" followed by her hair being pulled + several blows dealt to her head? By a man, mind you.
And how about "Muslims" attacking "Americans", as though the two are mutually exclusive? Have you heard of Kareem Khan, a young Muslim man who died fighting for this country?
You are a disgrace to Americans, gays, + to living creatures everywhere.
