Alex, who says he’s a substitute teacher, just wanted to buy his brother some clothes for Christmas when a real live homosexual started hitting on him. CAN YOU BELIEVE! Now some additional meta information, such as what store he was shopping at, would be helpful in determining whether the gay (identified as Jimmy) was in the right to by default assume a fellow male shopper was family, but who the hell pursues a breeder in broad daylight after said breeder makes it clear he’s a breeder?
Total parody. Either that, or this dude is so incredibly metro that no gay guy would ever believe he is straight.
Maybe if he cut his hair, shaved his beard, wore cloths straight guys would get caught dead in and stayed out of A&F where he was shopping for a sweater “for his brother,” he wouldn’t get hit on by gay guys “because he is straight.”

He has that nerdy adorkable thing going on so I can see him getting cruised and he has a bit ‘o Gay face so Jimmy the Gay has not violated any of the rules of department store cruising…………
Yet once you see the Christmas lights taped to the walls of his apt and the Christmas tree lights so very not perfectly drapped on, with an umbrella on top of it you just know he ain’t Gay :p

What a sheltered guy. This is the “most uncomfortable feeling” he’s “ever felt”? Wow. This guy must not have many life experiences.
How sad.
And how horribly stereotyped.
He should’ve focused on the other guy’s annoying persistence, not his sexual orientation. It should’ve been that he was uncomfortable because the other guy was a pest, not because he was gay.

He has that attitude a lot of straight guys have of assumed importance with that huge heaping helping of cluelessness on top. It’s always such a turn off to me. I feel sorry for straight women when I think of their men..Having to explain constantly “honey, those things moving around all around us, they’re people. I know, there are tons of them. Just try to be more aware honey, k? Straight people nonstop is just tedium, especially the men, and especially the “hot ones”. I never understood gay guys who want that, but yeah, they exist.

uhh… what is with these comments? I would be uncomfortable too if I was him, especially after saying “I’m not gay” but with the guy continuing to hit on him. How was he supposed to react to that? Just because us gays want straight men to hit on us, doesn’t mean the opposite is true. He’s clearly not a jerk or homophobic, as seen when he doesn’t want to hurt the guy’s feelings. He definitely has the right to be a little creeped out.

Great.
Another “not homophobic” hipster with “gay friends” who can’t handle a gay guy acting like a real human being. Even if his recreation isn’t exaggerated, which it probably is, “Jimmy” did nothing that should’ve caused Alex to freak out like some 13 year old middle school girl. Did he really find the experience so upsetting that he had to take the time (and dressing changes) to tell the world how another man had the nerve to hit on him?
AND HE HAD A LISP! NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
If this was really the most uncomfortable moment of Alex’s life, then his world must be extremely closed in. Also, picking on someone’s speech and sexuality makes this ass a bully. And a douche.

He is a cute straight guy and the world needs more men like him. Really, what would you prefer, someone whose first reaction is to punch the guy in the face, or someone who is so secure in himself that he can handle the situation without becoming unglued? Loved the video.

I gotta say, I am gay and if I guy I wasn’t interested gave me a full-court press like that, I’d be uncomfortable. Heck, I probably wouldn’t be as nice as this guy. lol
I don’t think this was homophobic. The guy doesn’t seem to have a problem with gays. There was certainly no “gay panic” here. I think we all take slight issue with people who won’t take no for an answer.
That said, this probably happens to about 10,000 women per day, and that’s not news.

I don’t think he is an “asshat” or being “homophobic” all he did was make the point that he was very uncomfortable being hit on regardless of how clear he made it he was not interested. I mean who would not be uncomfortable if after they clearly say I’m not interested, the person keep persisting? After all the guy hitting on he should have stopped when he said “no I’m not gay” (after being asked if he was shopping for a boyfriend) personality also don’t think I would have been as nice as him when the person would not stop.
@PLAYS WELL WITH OTHERS I thought that tree was cool (I personally prefer an angle as the toper but that’s me) And what is wrong with the clear Xmas lights taped at the top of the wall, I have two sets of Shot Gun Shell Xmas lights that run around my bedroom year round, that I just love.
