And more than one New York, in Iowa and Florida for example. Still, clearly Manchester on its own is referring to the original one, a bit like English English or British English doesn’t exist, it’s just English, every other variation are the ones that need the origin added.
Staying on topic, am I missing something here, these pictures just look like edited photos?!

If you have watched any of his “transformational” videos, most of the work IS done with makeup and appliances — but of course, the pics are touched up (as would ANY portrait shots of any model). His transformations are however, quite real and brilliant.
