These memes offer some hilarious theories about Trump’s Mar-a-Lago sinkhole

Yesterday morning, the town of West Palm Beach reported that a 4′ x 4′ sinkhole had opened up directly in front of Donald Trump’s lavish beachfront resort.

The cause of the sinkhole is believed to be due to a recently installed water main along the street in front of the estate. Currently, a utilities crew is working to repair the damage.

As soon as the news broke, Twitter was flooded with some pretty hilarious metaphors for what the sinkhole might mean. Naturally, the memes came next.
