New web series explores the hilariously awkward reality of an open marriage

The fantasy: You meet the man of your dreams, fall into everlasting love, and trust each other so implicitly that you remain free to explore feelings of desire and lust with a revolving cast of good-looking guys until death do you part.

The reality: Something extraordinarily messier.

In the vast canyon between these two scenarios exists a new web series, Michael And Michael Are Gay, that explores the lives and misadventures of “two sex-positive married misfits named Michael.”

Playing the roles of Michael and Michael are Michael and Michael — Michael Feldman (The Neighbors, ABC) and Michael Rachlis (Tim and Eric’s Awesome Show, Great Job, Adult Swim) – real-life partners who got married just over two years ago.

The first episode is set for release on Feb. 26, and the Michaels are currently raising funds to complete a full season.
