We suspect Brits have fallen woefully behind on current events. That’s because they’re probably too busy gawking over BBC News reporter James Longman to process what might be coming out of his mouth.
The 30-year-old Middle East specialist, who will be featured in the new issue of Attitude, doesn’t think there’s anything wrong with sharing intimate moments and intensely shirtless workouts on Instagram while also keeping the public up-to-date on world affairs.
“I don’t think that my life with my friends, going to the beach, is a conflict,” he tells the magazine. “I think it’s good, certainly for a younger audience, to know a bit more about the people who are telling them about the world.”
Although perhaps there have been a few times where he’s revealed a little too much on social media.
“There are a couple of posts on my Instagram that are a bit close to the line and I probably won’t do that again” he says.
