Friday’s episode of Spartacus: Vengeance delivered more same-sex lust, albeit tragically brief, courtesy of lovers Agron and Nasir. Even the hetero couplings on this show make us wish we were back in the ancient world. Of course, then we wouldn’t have air-conditioning, Jamba Juice or RuPaul’s Drag Race. Sigh, nevermind.     What made this scene even more enjoyable was how both Nasir and Agron giggled and stammered as they tried to explain why their lust was distracting them from their guard duty. Also, how Mira didn’t care that they were two guys and simply told them she would take guard duty so they could rush to bed. And Agron’s shy and innocent “gratitude” as he left the room to follow Nasir.
