Former gay-for-pay adult film actor Taleon Goffney (pictured) is turning over a new leaf after serving six years in prison for burglary, Philadelphia Daily News reports.
32-year-old Goffney is probably best known for appearing with his identical twin brother, Keyontyli, in a gay skin flick under the names Teyon and Keyon.
2004’s Mark and the Twins features the brothers hanging out on the Las Vegas strip when they are approached by another man and offered an audition for a gay porn. They go back to a seedy hotel room and engage in a threesome that is either incredibly hot or incredibly disturbing, depending on how you feel about twincest.
At the time, Taleon says he was struggling financially, which is why he agreed to do the film. Unlike his brother, Taleon identifies as straight.
“We get to Vegas and the next morning they make a sexual proposition, ‘We need you guys to masturbate in front of the camera,'” he told the Philadelphia Daily News. “We went into the bathroom and argued for like 10 minutes. Keyon’s like, ‘Look, man, I need this money and you need it, too. Nobody’s going to see it,’ And I went through with it.”
Even after shooting Mark and the Twins, money was still tight for the brothers. So they resorted to burglary. In February 2008, they were arrested in Philadelphia after Taleon broke into a beauty salon and stole $10,000 from an ATM while Keyontyli stood watch.
During the trial, Keyontyli pleaded guilty to being an accomplice to his brother’s crimes and, in the process, cut a deal with authorities to implicate his brother and avoid major prison time for himself.
Today, Taleon says he holds nothing against his twin.
“He was just scared and trying to give them everything he can,” he told the newspaper. “I understand now. He was never a street guy, just like I was never a gay guy.”
Now that his debt to society has been paid, Taleon says he hopes to put his life of crime behind him, and reveals that he’s working on an autobiography and writing spoken word poetry. He’s currently living in a halfway house, and hopes to eventually reunite with Keyontyli, who lives in California.
“As a man, porn hurt me,” Taleon told the newspaper, “but as a person, the crime hurt me.”
He continued: “A lot of people had to suffer for me to get paid. I’m using my powers towards good now. I’m seeking redemption.”

Godspeed to him. I’m sorry to say that as a black ex-con the deck is stacked against him big time.

And we another born again Christian trolling for sex in a public park in 5, 4, 3…

Other forms of inc*st are disturbing, but identical twin inc*st is basically just mast*rbation.
(Queerty, you really need to adjust your forbidden word list.)

@redcarpet: Maybe he should have thought about that before breaking the law. I’m not gonna cry a river over someone who chose to break the law, got caught and now has the “…deck stacked against him…” He stacked his own deck. BTW, why is this story of interest to the gay community?
hootie
If I remember correctly, he did another scene with a guy named Scorpio where he actually did bottom after being the top for scorpio.
The brothers never touched. Just think of the middle guy as a conduit.
Also, judging from his brothers youtube page, he’s doing quite well. Trips to Paris, a large house in California hills. I’m sad to know he’s doing so poorly.
But the brother is trying to make it as a legit actor and neither have done porn since the second shoot with scorpio.

@Lvng1tor:
Right…its not like the deck is stacked against black males and other minorities given that the structure of this country is basically organized to help white, christian, heterosexual men. Sure he made a mistake and served his time. The circumstances of why he needed the money was unknown, but there are many like him who because of lack of opportunities feel as though they have to go that route. Not excusing his behavior because a crime is a crime but your black and white view is ignorant as hell.

@Blackceo: Thanks for putting forth the energy for your post. When I see posts like Lvng1tor’s, I just roll my eyes and sigh that people are so ignorant. I’ve definitely called at posts like that before, but there are so many, you can’t do it all!

I will love to get in to three ways with them. WOW they are hot.

I wish both of them the best because they apparently have not had an easy time, and really got onto the wrong track with the robberies. But Teyon has served his time and is trying to get his life together, so I hope it works out.
Also, as @hootie says, they were in more than just one film together, they did not touch so it wasn’t inc*st, and Teyon bottomed for Scorpio.
Lvng1tor
@Blackceo: Ok, I get your point. I really do. I should have been more specific in my comment. He helped stack the deck against himself. As does anyone who chooses to commit a crime. Listen, I’m not going to say there isn’t institutionalized racism in this country. There definitely is. Both you and Fang made up your minds before I even wrote that comment. Take the comment and really look at it. Seriously calling me ignorant cause I think the guy helped to screw his own life up? How about engaging me in conversation. Not going right for an insult. I believe in giving people a second even 3rd chance but not in saying look at the poor guy he had no other opportunities in life and had to do this and now because of racism it against him. He made it harder for himself and that sucks and now he’ll have to live with that decision.
