Swimsuit season is just around the corner, and what better way to prepare your beach bod than by violently humping a cushion at your local gym?
Take it from this man in Shanghai, China. He whaled on his glutes by attaching a belt to weight machine and topping two gym mats. His workout has since gone viral, exciting and confounding web viewers around the world.
But while his workout may look funny (and oddly erotic), it’s actually a decent exercise for your backside. If you watch closely (or try it at home), you’ll see it strengthens the lower back and hamstrings, the back-of-the-leg muscles that help give butts their shapely underside.
The web may be laughing now, but just wait until his muscular rump shows up in nice pair trunks or slacks.

why would that give him ‘buns of steel’ if anything, it may assist with his abs, that’s where the focus would have been. I would also question, why a gym allows someone to roam around with a camera (phone).
