Robyn is magic. That’s a given. The Swedish songstress is the best thing to happen to pop music in the past 10 years and her “Dancing On My Own” is the best pop song. It’s perfect. It’s also a huge gay anthem, as any queen can attest to, having sobbed and swayed into their vodka soda to the irresistible beat. Kings of Leon took the dancing out of the song with this (even more) melancholy take on BBC Radio 1. It’s gorgeous, it’s plaintive and we’re sure Robyn would approve.
