Terrible twos

Benham bros become totally unhinged while blaming 9/11 and Hurricane Irma on LGBTQ people

The Benham Brothers are at it again.

This week, the twinsies released a video commemorating 9/11 and discussing Hurricane Irma. Naturally, they blame both of those completely unrelated disasters on the same thing: LGBTQ people.

“One of the things we heard a lot 16 years ago was rebuild, rebuild, rebuild,” the brothers say. “But one of the words we didn’t hear was repent.”

“As a nation,” they continue, “if you would have told us back then, in 2001, that in 2017 we would be completely redefining what gender means, what marriage means, what sexuality means … I would’ve–I would’ve said, ‘there’s no way that would happen in this country!'”

But it did happen. And now, the twins say, God himself has a message for us, which he sent through the storm surge that came with Hurricane Irma.

“The boundaries that God has put out for us morally are for our flourishing and for his best in our lives,” the twins say. “When we say that gender, there is no boundaries. And when we say that sexuality, there is no boundaries. When we say that marriage can be whatever you want it to be, we are breaching the boundaries of God.

They add: “We as a country, on the anniversary of 9/11, 16 years after that horrific attack took place on our country, God is speaking. Repent! It is time to repent!
