Celebs vs. A Virus

Bid 2 Beat Aids will kick off on eBay December 1st, World Aids Day. A celebrity-stuff auction, the 10-day event will benefit LIFEbeat, the music industry’s AIDS fundraising and service charity. Many of the celebrities donating something have been listed already.

We do know, though, that Lindsay Lohan is contributing a “super-rare (and REAL) Officially Licensed Lindsay Lohan Heinz Ketchup Bottle – signed by Lindsay herself.” Brooke Shields has given a doll of herself, signed with love under her backside hairline. Here at Queerty, we did a little brainstorming about what some of the other “Bid” celebrities might be offering.

As for the artists Christo and Jean Claude, so long as their item is wrapped, we’d be happy. But we are on tenterhooks waiting to see if Whoopie gives a super-rare, signed, officially licensed Whoopie Goldberg bottle of sass. That’d beat AIDS any day.
