It’s the second month of Project Jawline, and Chris has, yes, lost more weight. His appetite for actual food, however, hasn’t gone anywhere.
As special diet programs enter their second phases, as Chris’ Medifast regimen has, they certainly grow harder. But for now one thing Chris isn’t doing is adding exercise to his weight loss endeavor — by choice. Which had us thinking about him over the weekend as we read this NYT Magazine piece about how exercise might not do much for weight loss, but can be great for maintaining weight. So once Chris gets down to his goal weight? Try the treadmill.
