The body images pushed on us are not reality. When you work to be perfect, you also focus on yourself and not on the world around you. lower stress and blood pressure and get rid of cholesterol, in fact the best way to lower cholesterol,
much more effective then pills is Cardio, but most people prefer to get heart disease then to sweat a little.
And studies have shown that few months of exercises, three times a week for half an hour, improves asking quality.
More importantly, stronger muscles translate in to stronger bones and the a big part of the immune system
is located inside bone marrow and that means a stronger immune system. And higher self esteem, because
nobody loves an out of shape body. And get ready for this, inside the stomach reside brown fat, ever heard of it?
It is an organ that regulates hormones productions and balance. When people eat too much pure sugar as in
drinks and sweets, brown fat gets bigger and guess what happens? Hormones productions goes out of whack.
And with lower hormones, comes: depression, low self esteem, low energy, low sexual drive, fat accumulation,
weaker immune system, weaker bones and many other things like suicidal feelings and even hair loss.

I think there are certain ways being on the heavier side can be attractive or not. If a man has just completely let himself go and sags, there is nothing attractive about obvious inactivity and garbage-eating. But I have known and been charmed by a few frankly obese guys who enjoyed good food and drink in large quantities and didn’t spend every free minute plopped down sedentary; being big was just in the genes with a side of lifestyle. And they know they’re big. Oddly, I’d be more attracted to a big hairy dude than big and smooth, but I admit, shallow or not, my preference is for guys who are not big.
Big ol’ gut hanging way over the top of the pants or just plain slovenly is not a turn-on for most, especially when paired with something like chafed thighs, bingo wings or cankles.
