    Talent? Give me a break. It’s a beauty contest, plain and simple. If it were truly based on talent, there are many guys I know who would be in the running despite the fact they don’t have chiseled bodies or faces. Not to mention the age factor.

  • sportyguy1983

    It should read “talent” and “personality”.

    Talent = big package
    Personality = be attractive

  • jake3614

    This paid for advertisement was brought to you by “Johnson & Johnson,” a subsidiary of “Proctor & Gamble”.

    Really queerty? This is your “reporting” now? Hell gawker at least tries!

  • coffeeaugur

    SORRY!!! Still boycotting any Russian products until the start treating gay people with respect and provide them equal rights and start prosecuting the criminals that are persecuting them. Stolichnaya Vodka is a Russian imported product.

    Grey Goose vodka is a better quality anyway.

  • Stache99

    @coffeeaugur: I agree. It’s Russian produced and the boycott as far as I know hasn’t ended. Only shallow vapid queens participate in this.

  • ingyaom

    I’m surprised to see that commenting hasn’t been disabled. What happened to “Dump Stoli”

  • Spike

    @Stache99: vapid queens and Queerty . . . .

  • Mezaien

    @Oscar Raymundo: Can we have a bit of talent from no other, but QUEERTY.

  • hotboyvb81

    I guess money can overcome just about anything! Russia has just gotten worse since the anti gay laws, hard to imagine what they have in store next!

  • DarkZephyr

    I don’t get why people refuse to grasp the fact that Stoli vodka is not based in Russia and has nothing to do with what’s going on in Russia. Boycotting them wont hurt Russia because they aren’t based there.

  • hotboyvb81

    100 different articles have shown that they are in fact in Russia and tied to Russia in numerous ways- ask Dan Savage, he’ll give you all the facts.

  • DarkZephyr

    @hotboyvb81: No Russia has its own version.

  • Oscar Raymundo

    @hotboyvb81: “ask Dan Savage, he’ll give you all the facts” is the funniest thing I’ve read all year.

  • hotboyvb81

    you must not read this site all that often :)

  • hotboyvb81

    @Oscar Raymundo:

    it’s ALWAYS entertaining when site owners/editors insult their readers. The disdain is so charming!

  • JJinAus

    Really? So we are so dumb that we have forgotten the Russia connection. Nice try, some of us are not to be bought.

  • enfilmigult

    So, anyone want to make a bet on whether they’ll freeze out comments on every Stoli Guy post this year, too? Seems like the “hope enough time has passed” strategy hasn’t worked out.

  • luk3y

    Stoli Vodka isn’t a Russian company anymore its american owned. Their Distillery is now in the US, so the only thing really russian about it is its name.
