Neighborhood followed several “socially diverse” families–including this extremely happy group pictured here–as they fought to charm the residents of an all-white, Christian, upper crust Texas neighborhood not known for its tolerance of social diversity. The winners received a new house; and much to everyone’s surprise, the neighborhood chose a gay couple with a black adopted child. (Or would that be “adopted black child?” Which way does it go?)
