Whether you call it Wing Nut Daily or WMD, the ultra-conservative anti-gay World Net Daily website has taken the reactionary approach of DrudgeReport.com and gone off the deep end.

Like Drudge, World Net Daily lives in 1998′s web design era. That doesn’t mean it hasn’t given a platform to the birther movement, Obama’s racism, and the latest news cycle staple, the president’s death panels. Its homepage is the last bastion of conservative lunacy, and an exercise in keeping a straight face while reading copy that Americans actually believe in. But we’re big fans, since WND regularly lifts passages from blogs like Queerty, removes their context, and then quotes us liberally as the voice of the gay agenda.
