British reality hunk Charlie King is loving the influx of “male attention” he’s received since coming out as gay during a live television interview earlier this month, but you can’t date him just yet!
Speaking with Attitude at the 2014 Attitude Awards last week, the 29-year-old former TOWIE star said he’s “overwhelmed” by the positive support he’s received from the public since coming out, adding “It was an ideal opportunity.”
He said:
“I just felt that I was ready to tell my story. Through the summer I have been in a relationship and I just wanted to draw upon that and be proud of where I am in my life right now.
People have followed my story on TOWIE, and they’ve questioned me and now it felt like the right time to put it out there.”
And even though he’s single, he’s not quite on the market just yet:

“I’m single now. I’m gutted, absolutely gutted. I’m a little bit overwhelmed by the response, because suddenly you get a hell of a lot of interest.
