Gay-for-pay-performer-turned-reality-TV-star found guilty of circulating revenge porn

A gay-for-pay-performer-turned-reality-TV-star has been found guilty of publishing an x-rated photo of a former fling in an act of revenge.

It all started when 22-year-year-old EX On The Beach star Kurtis Peters-Hartman and his ex got into an argument on Twitter.

“During the course of that argument the defendant sent a text message to the complainant threatening that unless she deleted those tweets the next tweet he would post will ruin her,” court documents reveal.

One of Hartman’s messages read: “I would delete that tweet if I were you or the next tweet will ruin you.” Another said: “Bitch don’t talk about me like you know me, you are a fan.”

Moments later, a picture of the woman appeared on his Twitter page. She was naked with face was clearly visible. The photo remained there for about two hours before being taken down.

“Both the complainant and the defendant are in the public eye and the complainant has a large group of children who follow her on Twitter,” court documents read.

Hartman, who used to work as an adult film star and posed naked for the gay website English Lads, was charged with one count of disclosing private sexual photos with intent to cause distress.

He initially denied any wrongdoing, claiming his account was hacked. Unfortunately for him, the judge didn’t buy it.

A spokesperson for Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court confirmed this week: “Kurtis Peters-Hartman was handed a 16 week sentence, suspended for 18 months.”

In addition to that, he must serve 120 hours of community service and pay £620 in court fees plus £115 to the victim.

Hartman has never been shy about his x-rated past.

“I’d been working in the modeling industry for quite a few years and then the opportunity just presented itself through websites that I had myself listed on,” he told the Daily Star Online.

“I have no shame in doing it, I earned a bucketload of money.”
