New Jersey college students Matty Daley and Bobby Canciello worked so hard to break the Guinness record for longest-kiss back in September when they live-streamed their on-campus kissathon. They even had a documentary or something in the works. But along comes a hetero couple in Thailand, breaking the standing German record of 32:07:14 with a 46+ hour smooch. Fourteen couples entered the contest — which allowed for bathroom breaks, but only if the couple’s lips remained locked — including a gay couple, but ultimately it was Ekkachai and Laksana Tiranarat who conquered all. Guinness still has to officiate things, but this should simply be a call for Matty and Bobby to slap on some lip balm and make another go of it.
