Here’s a #tbt to me ruining yet another perfectly good view 2 weeks ago in Cape Town. I’ve been away from Instagram for a couple of weeks for a couple of reasons. 1, internet access around Africa was limited and that dial up tone is my least favourite song, and 2. I was away on one of the most incredible trips I’ve ever experienced and I wanted to be present for it! I’ll have a few more tbt’s with more interesting stories to post this week seeing as I’m mostly going to be unpacking from Africa, doing washing, desperately trying to get back into a routine, and repacking for the next 7 weeks chasing summer through Guatemala, Miami, the Bahamas, Mexico, Honduras, LA, Melbourne, New Zealand (to see my FAVOURITE PERSON ON THE PLANET @STWMKT), Sydney for Mardi Gras and then Singapore on the way home. It’s always good to take a step away from social media now and then to just enjoy what is there in front of you, especially when what’s in front of you makes you check your privilege at every corner. I’ve been so lucky to have had these experiences, some of which I will never forget. More delayed photos to follow!
