So yesterday Donald Trump stood out on the Blue Room Balcony of the White House to observe the solar eclipse. Naturally, he had the protective eyewear necessary to view the astrological event. And, naturally, he took it off at some point.
Donald, being Donald, gestured to a large group of aides on the South Lawn, then stared directly up at the sun as at least one concerned staffer reportedly yelled, “Don’t look!”
FOX News anchor Tucker Carlson called it “perhaps the most impressive thing any president has ever done.” The rest of the world, however, begged to differ.
