Nobody makes leftist propaganda like Radiohead and this video is no exception. Make sure you watch until the end to see how it all fits together.

Good video, CRAP music.
tallskin
Crap music, god that was an effort to make myself sit through it to the end! Fuck.
And what typical infantile leftism from rich rock stars! I mean just what are they advocating, that we stop buying shoes made in China (or wherever) ?? If we did what happens to the child workers, they would starve! – they just haven’t thought this through, the wankers, they’re just making an empty gesture – it’s gesture politics.
I sat watching it at the beginning thinking “Use Birth Control, Use Birth Control, cos then you wouldn’t have so many hungry mouths to feed.”
mama
uhh that song is great and the first two posters are fucking chelsea clone idiots that listen to madonna
NEXT
Mike in MO
that is a great song and vid.
Also, @ 2: are you suggesting that we are doing the kids a favor by buying from companies that use child labor? Do you also think polar bears love drilling rigs in the arctic?
Darth Paul
Chelsea clone idiots that listen to Madonna.. 2 queer skinheads, maybe, but I’m anything but British, and you clearly have never seen any of my comments on Madonna.
I hope mama chokes.
tallskin
actually MAMA I don’t listen to that vacuuous bitch madonna!
recently been listening to old bryan ferry, some Flobots, Midlake, The Magnetic Fields. Oh, and some Philip Glass, “Akhnaten”
I have always found radiohead overrated cock custard.
Darth Paul
Philip Glass is counterrevolutionary.

Great video, great song, and great band. I wasn’t originally a fan of Radio Head, but after a friend made me sit down and listen to OK Computer I wondered what I was ever thinking before.

Totally saw where the video was going from the beginning but I think the point is meant to be a bit bigger than rich rock stars or whether or not it’s ethical to buy from companies that employ child labor.
Probably the point SHOULD be about whether or not it’s ethical to create a world situation that creates institutions that employ child labor where children have no alternative, but I suppose that’s something nobody wants to talk about.
Also isn’t Radiohead the band that released their latest album on the internet for free before releasing an actual CD? I think they have more on their minds then their next cool million.
