AIDS LifeCycle, the annual 545-mile, seven-day charity bicycle ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles, wrapped up on Saturday, with nearly 3000 riders crossing the finish line. The taxing trek raises essential funds for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the HIV-related services of the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center.

Although,on Day #2 – It rained and then hailed. I remembered my intentions and continued with the task at hand. 109 miles later, I crossed the finish line.
And although, on Day #6 – I crashed into the pavement of Highway 1, I picked my ass up off off the pavement, mounted my bike, and continued my 87 mile route to the finish line.
BRAVO to the 2,200 cyclist who supported me as we rode TOGETHER AS ONE, 545 miles, 7 days San Francisco to Los Angeles
