Everyone who’s anyone in gay Hollywood was reportedly at Fergie’s baby shower at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills yesterday. The A-list event was thrown on by her gay BFFs super-agent Sean Patterson, celeb hairstylist Andy Lecompte, and DSquared2 fashion designers Dean and Dan Caten, according to US Weekly .
The guest list included Lance Bass, Adam Lambert, Perez Hilton and RuPaul among others for the “over-the-top” shower that included drag performers, an array of cocktails drinks (for those without child), a pop/hip-hop soundtrack, a onesie-decorating station for guests and more (the latter of which was probably a tie between the Caten brothers and Ru).
Aussie drag queen Courtney Act was present to sing “Let’s Hear it for the Boy” (as Fergie and her husband, hottie Josh Duhamel, confirmed the baby baby-to-be is a boy). Fergie is due in the fall, and it is clear the baby probably has some pretty fabulous gifts waiting for him — maybe in pink like Ru’s suit at the shower.

How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.

Miss Hilton?
Why?

Has everyone forgotten the fact that the Black-Eyed Peas often failed to put male-male sexuality in their music videos? Fergie was a part of this. She’s creepy.

@Brian: So wait…if I read your comment correctly, ONLY those artists who use m/m content or context in their music and videos are worthy? It’s not enough for her to be a straight ally? I’m seriously side-eying you for that kind of narrow-minded thinking.
Anyway, looks like all had a great time so YAY! (love that Let’s Hear It For the Boy started just as Lambert entered the party!) I heard he was looking fashionably FIERCE!

I recall reading an article about how Fergie was pissed because of what a gay icon Gaga became, and why she wasn’t getting much acclaim for her “gay-forwardness”.
I guess she’s making up for lost time. I actually love Fergie and think she’s pretty great, even from her Wild Orchid days. I love that she wants this child brought up in a progressive world.

@Brian: You’re exactly the type of gay that makes me understand why people would hate gays.

This is considered gay hollywood: Lance Bass, Adam Lambert, Perez Hilton and RuPaul? Gay Hollywood has more to offer than a former back up dancer for Justin Timberlake who hasn’t worked in years, a runner up in a karaoke contest, a nasty blogger and ancient drag queen.
What, Reichen had something else to do?
Hardly the A list.
