Adam Joseph is a beloved meteorologist from Philadelphia. Like many of us, he’s been going a little stir crazy while in quarantine. So to help pass the time, he’s launched a new online series called “At Home With Adam,” in which he offers viewers an inside glimpse at life with his husband and their two kids.

When you try it, don’t do your curls like he does them, you are supposed to release your arms completely when your arms are going down, not stop short like he does. Doing that causes you to have a shortened bicep muscle which you can readily see. A properly formed bicep muscle extends all the way to your elbow joint, which you can also see.

Thank you so much ABC for all the out news people. It is great to see out actors and sports players, but having people like SF’s Reggie Aqui, meteorologist Drew Tuma and Philadelphia’s meteorologist Adam Joseph just being out and open everyday on network TV, not acting straight and being evasive about their sexuality really moves representation of the LGBTQ community a great step forward. I have not seen any out people on other network channels. Let me know if there are more. Cable has proven that gay people like Rachael Madow, Suze Orman, Anderson Cooper and others are not only great at their jobs, but enormously popular. It is good to see ABC taking this step. As a person born when the closet doors we first being opened this is amazing to me.

Regarding channel 7 San Francisco Bay Areas Drew Tuma, thanks for confirming what i’d suspected for a long time, this gorgeous guy’s gay. Now i wonder of ABC 7’s J R Stone’s gay, he’s well dressed and has what the French call ‘je ne se qua’, translation, that certain something.

Thanks Graham for your excellent coverage on this guy. The whole piece was very moving. But the thing that really caught my eye was those chocolate lava cakes! 90% of restaurants get them totally wrong but believe it or not Domino’s has one of the best. I’ll be giving this recipe a try.
