SOLDIER'S STORY

Military Guys In Gay Porn Shouldn’t Wear Their Entire Uniform

Marine Corps Sargeant Matthew W. Simmons (pictured) wore his military dress coat and medals during his gay-porn shoots for Active Duty, College Dudes, and Corbin Fisher, so he plead guilty when charged with “violating uniform regulations” in military court. But the U.S. Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals said he should be re-sentenced because he didn’t wear the entire uniform—an important ruling for military-porn-lovers everywhere.

Simmons (a.k.a. “Christian Jade” and “Adam”) reportedly made $10,000 for the handful of solo and anal scenes he made while on leave, but the court did not consider this a violation of the “ban on making commercial use of the uniform” because:

[Simmons] never wore a complete ‘uniform’… the general public could never receive ‘visual evidence of the authority and responsibility vested in the individual by the United States Government.’ He did not voice any Marine support for what he was doing or any service views on the propriety or impropriety of his conduct.”

Now any servicemember who wants to make a few Gs doing gay porn has the assurance that they won’t get punished for turning it out in uniform.

Just wear the epaulets.
