EARLY HALLOWEEN

PHOTOS: Gay Clan Jazzes Up Dull Family Portrait With Zombie Attack

Evan Stoskopf, the multitasking blogger behind Pseudodad, wanted to capture his kids and hubby in a nice family portrait. But the last thing he wanted to do was force some cringeworthy scene by the mantle or in a Sears photo studio.

So he called in a few favors and got an army of  flesh-hungry abominations to help create a portrait right out of  The Walking Dead.

We don’t like to say LGBT families are better than hetero families, but, um, this one kind of is.

Evan explains:

I remember growing up and being forced to sit still and take boring photos with the entire family. My dad had to bribe us and one of my siblings ended up crying.

Every. Single. Time.

But not this time. Not in this family. We needed zombies. There is no crying when it comes to zombies. Unless they are eating your face. And I’ve seen enough zombie movies to avoid getting my face eaten.

We can’t wait to see what they do for Christmas.
