Adam Rippon would have no trouble finding a Valentine, should he be in the market.
He even has two daddies already (disclaimer: neither of these guys are daddies): fellow Out-lympian Gus Kenworthy and YouTuber extraordinaire Tyler Oakley.
Here’s Gus boasting that he’s a proud dad:

How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.
And here’s Rippon telling the world that Daddy Oakley loves a winner:

But why stop there? Rippon is having his moment and then some, and he deserves all the positive attention he’s getting right now.
That includes this truly exemplary Valentine’s Day card he received from a fan:

It was sent by Grant Brady, a 26-year-old water resources engineer in Kansas City who describes himself as “the OG Adam Rippon Valentine’s Day maker.”
We can certainly see why Brady got out his art supplies:

I’m curious enough, I’ll check out the short program. Should be fun. I would compare it with men gymnast floor routine.
And I have a little extra to root for….I’m sold.

My husband and I went to the USFSA National Championships for several years starting in 1994 (yes we were there when Nancy got her knee whacked). Most of the skaters were friendly and welcoming to the fans. Adam is doing an amazing job of following the example of the skaters we met during our travels.
