The engrossing, and sickening three-year-old murder tale of attorney Robert Wone — where three men he was staying with in D.C. are suspected by many of his stabbing death, but have not been charged with murder — is expected to hit a new wall, with prosecutors saying they will drop their theory that Wone was drugged and sexually assaulted by the men; prosecutors may still try to introduce evidence they four men engaged in S&M play by showing the court some sex toys. Meanwhile, when Superior Court Judge Lynn Leibovitz asked Assistant United States Attorney Glenn Kirschner if he plans “to say one or all of these men killed Wone?,” he responded, “Not directly.” The defendants maintain an intruder must’ve killed Wone.

There’s so much circumstantial evidence pointing to some fishy stuff going on… and even “S&M gone awry” doesn’t explain it away.
The most damning for me?
Wone’s T-shirt had a knife hole consistent with the wound found on his body, leading one to think he was stabbed through his shirt.
Problem is… not only are there no fibers in the wound (as the knife would have pulled from the shirt), but the shirt itself is remarkably blood-free. Either the shirt was not on him when he was stabbed or he was already dead when he was stabbed.
