Calvin Klein’s ex boy toy/retired porn star Nick Gruber was arrested Friday night after allegedly assaulting a guy with a frying pan.
28-year-old Gruber, and his friend, 26-year-old Brandon Steele, were both arrested after police say they attacked an unnamed man during a dispute over $4,000.
The attack happened at Steele’s apartment in New York City. According to the New York Daily News, Gruber and Steele allegedly smacked the 33-year-old victim alongside the head, leaving him with “severe and disfiguring injuries.”
“As a result of the repeated strikes, the informant [victim] was treated at Lenox Hill Hospital for several broken bones to the back, as well as a nearly severed ear and injuries to the orbital bone that could, potentially, affect vision,” court papers say.

Just to add another layer of complexity to the story, the apartment where the assault happened may or may not actually belong to Gruber.
New York Daily News reports that he’s been living there without a lease and that he was seen one day with a drill and a flashlight changing the locks.
When they arrested him Friday, police also found methamphetamine, a pile of women’s clothing, and nearly $3,000 in cash in the home.
Both Gruber and Steele have been charged with second-degree assault and unlawful imprisonment in the first degree.
Gruber is also charged with criminal trespass for being in the apartment, drug possession, and possession of stolen property. He is currently free on $5,000 bail.

First thought that came to mind when I saw the top two pictures was that he is using Miss Tina cause his face is kind of gaunt and he had that blank look.
