Gay Heckler Sues Bristol Palin For Sticking Him On Her Moronic Reality Show

When it comes to fame-whorin’, Bristol Palin still has a few lessons to learn: Stephen Hanks, the 47-year-old gay men who lashed out at her in a country-western bar, is suing Palin—claiming he never signed a release to be taped for her reality show, Life’s a Tripp.

In September, Hanks was caught on video shouting “Your mother’s a whore!” as Palin was riding a mechanical bull at Saddle Ranch in West Hollywood (right). Palin hit back by imitating exaggerated gay mannerisms and unleashing a string of homophobic remarks. (Mother of the Year right here!)

When the scene aired in trailers for Palin’s reality-TV series for Lifetime Television, Hanks lost his cool: Claiming the camera crew filming Palin never got him to sign a release form he is suing for an unspecified amount, alleging defamation, invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress and misappropriation of right of publicity.

After the incident, rumors started surfacing that it was a set-up by producers or an impromptu publicity stunt by Hanks, a talent count. Regardless, Hanks did kind of sneak up on Palin while she was straggling some meat. (We’re liable to get a little ornery then, too.)

We’d say we hope he takes her to the cleaners but she’s gonna need what money she has left for therapy when Tripp finally comes out. (For her, not him.)
