We’re a little late in getting around to post this short film by Dean Hamer, but we figured it’s better late than never. In dedication to Coretta Scott King he put together a film about homophobia within the African American community. You may remember Mr. Hamer’s other film At 13.
He writes, “Your readers might be interested in this short video about a graphically homophobic sermon by Rev Willie Wilson of Washington, DC. It’s a fitting memorial for the passing of Coretta Scott King, who never lost sight of her husband’s belief that an injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”
We think it’s fitting tribute to Mrs. King.
