Juliet is a former girl band singer turned electronic chanteuse. On Tuesday Virgin released her solo debut Random Order and it is a stunning collection of house, pop, rock, and electronics.
The album is produced by Stuart Price (aka Jacques Lu Cont),the man who has also masterminded Madonna‘s finished, but unreleased Confessions On A Dancefloor.
Less dramatic and a little more edgy than Madge, Juliet’s album is raw electro-pleasure. And the first single, the epic Avalon, never seems to end. Which, trust, is a good thing.
