Fashion designer Geoffrey Mac teamed up with muse Sharon Needles to present a “New York Fashion Week Massacre” of a runway show on Tuesday, February 11.  The Geoffrey Mac launch includes a wide range of “gender-fluid” street wear including leggings for men and women, T-shirts, tanks, T-shirt dresses, skirts, swimsuits and gowns. The inspiration comes from Sharon Needles’ persona, plastic surgery, TV static, cigarettes, fingernails, and the Jonestown Massacre.  Needles and RuPaul’s Drag Race favorite Carmen Carrera walked in the colorful show on the first floor of The OUT NYC Hotel in Manhattan.  The night culminated in the world premiere of the new video by Sharon Needles, “Dressed to Kill,” directed by Ben Simkins and featuring looks from the new Geoffrey Mac runway collection.
