Police deny man died while performing oral sex on a cucumber

Police in Mexico have denied reports which circulated over the weekend that a man died after performing fellatio on a cucumber.

The story began at the Sparticus Bar in Nezahualcóyotl, during a performance of Wapayasos Y Horrific, a Mexican dance troupe. While performing an act known as “The Cucumber of Platinum,” a member of the audience jumped on stage and asked to participate. The act itself involves transporting a cucumber from one side of the stage to the other using only the mouth. During the act, the bar patron chocked and collapsed on stage.  Early reports on social media said the man in question, identified only as “Carlos,” died during the incident.

Attorney General of the State of Mexico now says reports of the death are false. “Regarding the facts reported early this Sunday at a bar in the municipality of Nezahualcóyotl, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Edomex reports that it is false that someone’s death has been recorded, how it has been reported in some social networks,” Attorney General Alejandro Gertz Manero said via Twitter.

Earlier reports of “Carlos'” death said that the manager of Spartacus had his body dragged off stage and disposed of to not interrupt the club.
