While the federal Ninth Circuit moves to decide whether same-sex marriage should be legalized, the Colorado Supreme Court just issued this startling ruling: friendships among members of the same sex are “unnatural,” and heretofore banned. It remains to be seen whether the court will move to prohibit Netflix from shipping copies of I Love You, Man into the state’s borders. [Yes, this is a joke.]
