“It was Sophia in the kitchen with the cheesecake!” The Golden Girls-themed edition of Clue is here

Mrs. White, kindly collect the flames on the side of your face and breathless, heaving breaths and take a hike,

The Golden Girls edition of Clue is coming, and it’s the only board game we’ll ever need from here on out.

A decidedly lighter riff than the original bloody murder mystery, this version finds the player trying to uncover precisely who ate the very last piece of cheesecake.

Stakes couldn’t be higher.

The shady suspects:

Wry, querulous Dorothy Zbornak.

That coquettish minx (and aging Southern belle with a checkered past), Ms. Blanche Devereaux.

Wide-eyed, seemingly airy spinster Rose Nylund.

Arch, irredeemably calculating witch, Mrs. Sophia Petrillo.

None of them may leave the house until the truth is uncovered. Sergeant Duffy, unleash the hounds.

You can expect the game to come into your life sometime in June. Each game costs about $39.95. Yes, it’s worth it.

Queerty’s full-time board game correspondent confirms that a Golden Girls Monopoly is in the works — no joke.

Maybe the girls are saving up to purchase The Golden Palace, or even Dr. Harry Weston’s conspicuously barren house next door…?

Check out the game’s winning design below.
