But we’re guessing it was pre-“Single Ladies,” given the clip includes someone pressing “play” on their VCR to get it started. While the women of the 80s had Jane Fonda to teach them how to tone those glutes, the men had an entire symphony.

Showtime used to sometimes run short exercise breaks very similar to these during daytime hours between movies in the early 80s. They were slower and more sensuous but the hair here looks just as 80s.
