WATCH: Ciara And Nicki Minaj Channel Michael And Janet, Booty Bounce In “I’m Out”

Ciara is really getting her Janet Jackson on these days. Thank god someone is since Ms. Jackson — ’cause we’re nasty — is too busy shacking up with her billionaire husband to care about, well, anything. From renaming her fifth studio album simply Ciara, a la 1993’s janet., to the cover for her pretty freaking great single “Body Party“, which is straight-up 2001 All for You (and 1990 Madonna [NSFW]) — Ciara is more Janet than Janet these days. For “I’m Out”, Cici teamed up with the ass-tastic Nicki Minaj for an homage to 1995’s “Scream,” though Michael and Janet never twerked in their all-white spaceship:

While she may be piggy-backing off another diva — and who hasn’t? —  Ciara’s really coming into her own and “I’m Out” is the latest reminder that she’s kind of amazing. It’s hard, it’s fun, it’s about shutting shit down; it’s, in a word: perfect. Add Nicki’s rapid-fire delivery and we’ve got a winner here, kids. The premise is simple — Ciara’s just gone through a break-up but she’s not letting it get her down. She’s got couture for days and is stepping out on the town looking flawless so her ex can just gag on it :

It’s nice to see that Ciara’s not taking her role as a Givenchy house muse lightly. And of course there’s this fierce queen serving it in the background:
