Tiger Woods isn’t the only sex-savvy celebrity who’s facing gay allegations from one of his former paramours. Now the rapper Ray J, mostly known as Brandy’s brother and co-star of Kim Kardashian’s sex tape, is getting the treatment.
The claims come from Danger, one of the lady contestants on Ray J’s dating reality show For the Love of Ray J, who says not only is Ray J a ‘mo, but his male buddy is another rapper: “”Ray J’s gay. … Ray J’s lover of years is Young Buck,” Danger claims in a radio interview. “Young Buck and Ray J, they’ve been going strong, fuckin’ with each other for years. Young Buck does not have one percent of what Ray J has. It’s like Ray J, you’re not looking out for your boy? What’s up with that? That’s fucked up. … Baby, just tell everybody: you like dick too. It’s ok.”
Okay then!
But why come forward now? Because, Danger says, Ray J has been using her for publicity, and she’s tired of it!

According to Ray, Danger previously threatened to spread the rumors when he failed to return several of her phone calls. Still, he claims he was surprised she actually made good on her threats.
“I still got love for Danger and that’s my peoples, but I didn’t return none of her calls in the past two or three weeks, so she threatened to say ‘Yo, I’m gonna tell people you’re gay,'” Ray J stated. “She went along with it and actually did it! I’m not gay, but at the same time, I got love for gay people because I work with gay people…
“I got her back even though she’s going through some things right now. Sometimes that happens with new stardom and I’m not gone leave her behind and I’m not gone leave her in the dust. We both upset with each other, but it’s OK because I’m going to work it out with her soon and we gonna be friends again.”
Nor is Young Buck, who tweeted: “DANGER REALLY NEED TO CLEAR HER SH** UP!!!! NOT THIS YOUNG BUCK MUTHAF***ERS!!!!!!LOL!!!!” DANGER GOT ME TIED UP WIT YALL DRAMA!! LOL, SHE SHOULD BE CLEAR BOUT WHO DA F*** SHE TALKIN BOUT.”

The singer and star of VH1’s For the Love of Ray J responds to somewhat persistent gay rumors, the most recent being hurled by a former contestant on his show, Monica “Danger” Leon. Over the weekend, she appeared on Los Angeles radio and claimed Ray J has been “smashing” rapper Young Buck for “years”
2010_01_11_rayj2 This morning, Ray J appeared on TT Torrez’ popular radio show on Richmond’s 92.1 FM and responded to Leon. Ray J’s statement is one of the better responses to gay-baiting that we’ve seen in hip-hop. Rough transcript:
“I’m not gay but at the same time I have love for gay people, girls and dudes. I have friends who are gay, female and male. I’m not trippin’ and I’m secure in my sexuality. I don’t want people to think I like dudes, because I don’t, but at the same time I work in Hollywood and [there] are many gays who work here. I’m not going to bash the gay community … they are some really good people.”
Ray J adds that Danger was upset he “hadn’t returned her calls” and was “going through some drama”, apparently referring to her recent psychiatric hospitalization and the court-ordered removal of her children including her new born baby.
Ray J, whose real name is William Raymond Norwood, Jr, is the younger brother of singer/actress Brandy. He’s previously appeared at black gay pride events and it sounds like he’s been getting some good advice.
