He didn’t exactly NEED to outline the muscles…they show up just fine!!!

  • CGW

Notice you’re missing the caption for #7 – Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield from the Resident Evil series.

  • Diesel69

    Dude in the painted muscles–Boring—

  • David Fagan

Spartacus must have been working on his costume for YEARS … and yes the chain mail takes some time to create, too! What a gorgeous Greek! He can lead me into rebellion anytime! Thanks, Queerty, for your coverage of Comic-Con … I’m sure it was a tough job, but (as the saying goes) somebody had to do it!

  • johnny

Comic Con has turned into a freak side-show cheap carnival for self-promotion — it’s moved way past the puriety of comic books !! No interest to attend ever again.

  • Jayb

I swear reading comics when I was a kid made me gay.

  • MikeE

@Diesel69: methinks you have missed the point. he is “dressed” (well, it’s not like he is actually clothed) as an Engineer from Prometheus… and THEY had muscles outlined like that.

  • Pauline

I hate Andy Mangels…he supports that filthy David Berger over on the Wonder Woman forum on Comic Book Resources.

  • ousooner1997

Rikku, Aquaman, Engineer from Prometheus, Spartacus and that Spartan are all invited to my place for a party 😉

  • Jeff

@ousooner1997: I agree, but I would also invite Chris Redfield. And isn’t Spartacus a model from AllAmericanGuys or something? I’ve seen him before.

  • Jaxked

The Spartacus or whatever model is James Ellis I believe…he is no geek just some hired man candy LOL

    I don’t mind

  • sheena

eh just a bunch of men who used comic con as an excuse to show their body up……EHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

  • ousooner1997

sheena, If you have a body like that is should be shown off. And I love looking…

  • sheena

  • ml

  • Chrissypoo

@johnny: ummm… Comic-con has never been soley about comics.

So please don’t attend, no one needs you there.

  • Billysees

    Rikku is just fantastic looking.

His hair, face, chest and clothes make him look terrific.

  • Billysees

Rikku is number 2 by the way.

  • arbiter

Holy nerdgasm. lol Anyway, impressed by the Engineer, the Resident Evil costumes, the Spartan with the killer body… never thought an added benefit of comicon would be eye candy! At least not for the gays/ladies… well, now we know.

  • N

LOVE the male version of Rikku! So hot, as is the Space Jocky guy.

  • Q

    @johnny
I can understand why comic purists are pissy about the way that San Diego Comic Con has evolved, but if they had it their way Comic Con would be nothing but an undecorated exhibition hall lined with boxes and boxes of moldy comics from the Silver Age, and maybe a Star Trek panel.
SDCC is now a multi-industry event that has gained international attention and attendance. Given the choice between the purist version and the current version, I know which one is more appealing to me.

If you don’t like it then try Wondercon.

  • ousooner1997

That problem is it’s to big with all the added non-comic related stuff like Twilight (nothing against that) and other non-connected Comic stuff.

  • samwise

The Spartacus guy, sure. The rest, hunks? Oh please.

  • walter suggs

I love your website. I’ve been looking for something like this. Thanks.

  • Will

  • Bonnie

I’m friends with (and have made out with – yay!) Number 10 – The Spartan. Sorry boys – he is straight. However, he is so yummy to look at… 😉 AND has a sexy accent. *sigh*

  • The Spartan

I spent a very long time working out for this. Started as rehabilitation for an accident, then it became a lot of fun! For anyone interested, this is a link to my transformation photos.

Thanks for these pics. I’ve seen tons of sites with the women of comic con, but this is the only site I’ve seen with the guys….
