American dream

Another gay man just announced he’s running for president and he’s got tons of scandalous photos

Move over Pete Buttigieg, there’s another gay in town and he’s also running for president in 2020.

Meet Ronnie Kroell.

According to his official Wikipedia page, Kroell is “an American fashion model, actor & singer best known for appearing on the first season of the Bravo reality series Make Me a Supermodel.” He stands 6’0, has blond hair, and has “been the guest of honor and/or the grand marshal at gay pride events all across the United States.”

Excellent credentials!

This week, the 36-year-old announced he’s officially running for the highest office in the land at a private party at Pump in West Hollywood. Kroell chose to make the announcement on Abraham Lincoln’s 210th birthday and even had a Lincoln look alike at the event.

“My wanting to be president is rooted in a passion for the people,” Kroell tells Towleroad, “a desire to remind ourselves that the power belongs to us, and a deep inner calling that I cannot ignore that wants me to find a way to help heal our Nation’s wounds.”

Asked how being gay and a model enhances his candidacy, Kroell says: “I’ve been an ‘other’ my entire life, so I know what it’s like to not fit in, to be called names, and to be bullied.”

The one-time Playgirl model (Hint: Google “ronnie kroell playgirl” for some incredibly NSFW shots) continues by saying he hopes to tackle bullying head-on in his campaign, but he wants to take a different approach than others have in the past.

“We must shift the conversation from ‘anti-bully’ to ‘pro-friendship’,” he says. “We’ve created the mess we’re in and we won’t be able to get out of it with the same thinking that created it.”

Donald Trump wouldn’t know how to handle a candidate like me, it’s not in his wheelhouse.”

Keep a close eye on this one, folks.
